This line is taken from Raamcharit Maanas femous creation of Bharatiy(indian) sant Tulsidas. Hari is name of Lord Vishnu, a form of Bhagvanta.The line means Hari occupied whole world with same prootion. This shows wide thinking of indian philosopers. They dont limit their Bhagvanta for a region or religion like allah or god. They belive that Bhagavanta is wordwide and equally distrubuted.This is greatness of Vaidik Philosopy
